The act of living in Zimbabwe is something of a gamble at the moment, so you may imagine that there might be little affinity for patronizing Zimbabwe’s casinos. In reality, it appears to be working the other way around, with the atrocious market circumstances creating a higher eagerness to gamble, to attempt to discover a quick win, a way out of the problems.

Seeing as that the economy has shrunk by beyond 40% in recent years and with the associated poverty and crime that has come about, it is not known how healthy the vacationing industry which is the backbone of Zimbabwe’s gambling dens will do in the next few years. How many of them will carry through until things get better is basically unknown.
